Freelance Paraplanner

The Role

Brandsma Capital is expanding our platform, and we are looking for highly analytical, detail-oriented freelance paraplanners. As our Independent Advisors bring on new clients, you will be the engine behind the scenes building the actual financial blueprints.

This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract position paid on a per-plan basis. You take on as much or as little volume as your schedule allows, making this the perfect opportunity for a CFP® student, a stay-at-home professional, or someone looking for supplemental income in the financial sector.

What You'll Do

• ✦Input raw client data, statements, and tax returns into our financial planning software.
• ✦Model multiple cash flow, retirement, and tax optimization scenarios.
• ✦Identify red flags or missing information and communicate them to the Lead Advisor.
• ✦Assemble the final, client-facing PDF blueprints and executive summaries.

Who You Are

• ✦You have prior experience building financial plans (RightCapital, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar).
• ✦CFP® designation is a plus, but candidates actively enrolled in coursework are highly encouraged to apply.
• ✦You are obsessed with details. You don't just enter data; you actively look for tax inefficiencies.
• ✦You communicate proactively and respect tight turnaround deadlines.
